They said when I purchased it was a clean carfax and no issues every reported. I did the wrong thing and trusted them. I traded in the truck less than 2 months ago and the dealership it went to proceeded to being me a carfax report reporting 2 HEAVY/Moderate damage accidents reported. My truck is worth less than half of what I paid for it. Now I should have done my due diligence and asked for a carfax but I needed a vehicle quickly. These guys will cheat you for every dollar they can. They need to run a few courses on Ethics and understand we work hard for every dollar we have. More

They took money out on the 2nd of July and it was canceled on the 15th of July. Now, I am told, I have to wait 6-7 years before I can see my money. Chelsea Mitchell was so friendly and so upfront with us about all aspects of purchasing our vehicle that we decided that she was the one from whom we wanted to order our vehicle. I am the type of person that I do not mind paying a little more to get the best service. Chelsea definitely gave us the best service. She stayed in touch with us, always greeted us with a smile, and helped us get into the vehicle we wanted.
