Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else. More

We contacted them on a Chevrolet Traverse. Talked to a salesman Wes Duffy. He told us to come drive it and my husband said we would if they would get right with the money. So then we talked to Talked to a salesman Wes Duffy. He told us to come drive it and my husband said we would if they would get right with the money. So then we talked to a manager Sam and they talked back and too on the discounts. So we were satisfied with the final price and went and test drove it. So we decided to buy it. Jeremy McFadden was the financial manager that took care of the paper work and he was very professional with it in explaining everything. So we went back to Wes Duffy and he took his time showing me all the bells and whistles on the car, he even set up my start the car system on my phone for me. He really helped me with everything I didn’t understand or couldn’t figure out. We really appreciated all their courteous and friendly staff that helped make our buying experience easier, quick and pleasant. Thank you Henderson Chevrolet GMC for your business and kindness. Wes checked on us the day after making sure everything was good and said we could contact him with any problems or questions we had. We give them two thumbs up for all their help 👍👍👏👏 More
