Inspection and milage service I thought i had finally found a place to take my explorer. My car is a 2004 which i bought brand new in 2005. i have only 56k miles and on the last I thought i had finally found a place to take my explorer. My car is a 2004 which i bought brand new in 2005. i have only 56k miles and on the last visit which i needed the inspection they told me i needednew breaks which didn't make sense since i had news ones installed not long ago. I needed the inspection done because it expired soon. I knew i was getting ripped off but what could i say i dont know anything about cars. When i left the dealer i notice a vibration and a weird noise coming out ofthe front which has been getting worse after a couple months since i was there. Im never coming back. After i spoke to friends who know about cars they told me never to trust the dealers. I know if i come back they will tell me something is terribly wrong which im guessing they cause and rip me off again. This is quite upsetting because my first 2 visits were pleasant. i do not recommend this place to anybody for service. Got my sister to buy a toyota since there are no good ford dealers around after able ford closeits doors around our area. From friends recommendation i have found a place to take my explorer and see what the problem is and once they tell me whats wrong, i will contact this dealer if it was intentional or just plain neglect. Absolutely horrible and disconcerting I can't believe how poorly I was treated by the service department at Hempstead Ford. I was lied to, never called back, my problem was never resolved I can't believe how poorly I was treated by the service department at Hempstead Ford. The best I bought my Ford Escape in 2013 and knew about this dealership because I used to bring my Saturn down the road. As soon as you walk in the place is so I bought my Ford Escape in 2013 and knew about this dealership because I used to bring my Saturn down the road. As soon as you walk in the place is so spacious and clean and everyone is so nice and helpful ..I have been going there for service since I bought me Escape (which I love !!!). I love in queens but I prefer to come here because the area is nice and so are all the people. Thank you Hempstes Ford Lincoln !! You guys are the best !!!! More
Always good service I have been bringing my car to this dearlership for about a year. Everyone is attentive and polite. However, my last visit I had a issue with my bra I have been bringing my car to this dearlership for about a year. Everyone is attentive and polite. However, my last visit I had a issue with my brakes generating a loud noise. The brakes were visually intact but the noise was still present. I will need to record the noise and return for another visit and hopefully have the problem resolved. More

They have tv to watch, have coffee and donuts for free while you wait. They also have free wi-fi for your phone, laptop or tablet, although, sometimes the signal is too busy and is hard to connect. Repairs Car surged forward when stopping. The dealer had the car for 8 days and were unable to find the problem. they contacted Ford Motor and they said tha Car surged forward when stopping. Unfortunately it occurs only about once a month. when a car surges there still is a potential of an accident, but I do believe they di all they were capable of doing. I have dealt with this dealer for abou8t 15 years and they have been extraordinary and that's why I purchase vehicles form them. More

An outstanding member of HFL, in the service department, is Mr. Oliver Czavar; in fact, he embodies all of the above qualities, and makes him stand out at HFL. He is further, cordial, helpful, caring, extremely knowledgeable in his professional field, and 'a person of class'. Recently I had a tire issue related to my MKS and he resolved it expeditiously and left me very satisfied with his service.
