Unfortunately, the side panel needed for your vehicle was not immediately available from Ford. The part had arrived six days after ordering and we understand that this was an inconvenience for you due to having to travel. We apologize for this inconvenience but do want you to know the service department here at Hempstead Ford Lincoln did everything we could to get the piece in a timely fashion and provided you with a loaner vehicle while you were waiting for the side panel to be delivered.
