Great Service Department Experience I purchased my 2011 Ford Explorer from Hempstead Ford Lincoln in 2011 and have been taking it Hempstead Ford Lincoln for service since that time. Unfortunately, I have had many issues with the SYNC system and have dealt with the service department way too may times to even count. Overall, my experience has been a good one throughout the years. However, this time my experience was exceptional because of Jonathan Bennett. He is a amazing addition to the service department. He went above and beyond for me and actually listened to my concerns and got the job done. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. More

Friendly and Competent The service manager greeted us warmly at 7am in the morning. The service representative that helped us was intelligent and competent. I said to my husband, if I ever bought a different make of car, the service at Hempstead Lincoln is what I would miss most! One suggestion on the Vehicle Report Card: If you summarized the information provided after a service appointment by assigning a letter grade to the overall condition of my car (A, A-, B, B-, etc.), I can guarantee you I would keep bringing it back until I got the "A." And I would bet there would be a lot of others who would do the same (whether they want to admit it or not!) Thanks for always providing great service! More

Professional, prompt, courteous! I brought my car in for a minor repair. I was given an appointment for the very next day, at the time I requested. Although I arrived a bit early, it seemed as if the staff was waiting for me! Each person I met could not have been nicer. I was provided with a rental car for the day and was called well within the expected window that my car was ready for pickup. They even offered a free car wash, which I declined, as the car had just been washed the day before. Charlie told me I could stop by any time for that complimentary washable!! Can't beat the care I received at this dealerships! We will be in the market for another car very soon. You can bet Hempstead Ford Lincoln will be our first stop! More

Greatest experience Ever of my eight years of living in NY.
