Service I have had my Ford Edge for a few years now and recently the past few times I have had the pleasure of working with Karen wunderlich who is a service I have had my Ford Edge for a few years now and recently the past few times I have had the pleasure of working with Karen wunderlich who is a service advisor there and my visit was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of the questions I had with my car and was just super helpful and nice! I recommend if your making a service appointment to deal with her you won't be disappointed. If I could give her a 10 I would it was the first time dealing with my car that a person made me feel comfortable because of how professional she was. More

I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN (DELAWARE), BUT ON SATURDAY MARCH 12, 2016 MY WIFE AND I HAD DRIVEN TO NEW YORK TO VISIT FAMILY IN A NURSING HOME & MY PARENTS' I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN (DELAWARE), BUT ON SATURDAY MARCH 12, 2016 MY WIFE AND I HAD DRIVEN TO NEW YORK TO VISIT FAMILY IN A NURSING HOME & MY PARENTS' GRAVESITE. UNFORTUNATLEY, MY 2012 FORD EXPLORER EXPERIENCED A MECHANICAL FAILURE THAT SHUT DOWN ALL THE POWER FUNCTIONS IN THE CAR. AFTER FRANTICALLY SEARCHING FOR A FACILITY THAT MIGHT STILL BE OPEN, AND ABLE TO DIAGNOSE/REPAIR THE PROBLEM, I WAS DIRECTED TO HEMPSTEAD FORD LINCOLN. I TRULY BELIEVE MY GUARDIAN ANGEL WAS THE THAT SENT ME THOSE DIRECTIONS, AS MY EXPERIENCE QUICKLY CHANGED FROM ONE OF DESPERATION & DESPAIR TO ONE OF COMPLETE SATISFACTION AND EXCEPTIONAL GRATITUDE. WHEN WE ALL REALIZED THE REPAIRS COULD NOT BE DONE THAT SATURDAY AFTERNOON, SERVICE ADVISOR ***PETER VISCOK*** STEPPED UP AND AGREED TO COME IN ON SUNDAY MORNING TO DO THE REPAIRS, AND SERVICE ADVISOR ***KAREN WUNDERLICH*** WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SECURE A LOANER CAR FOR US FOR THE EVENING, SO THAT WE COULD GET TO A HOTEL. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHERS INVOLVED THAT REALLY OUTDID THEMSELVES IN GETTING OUR EMERGENCY UNDER CONTROL, BUT I JUST CAN'T REMEMBER ALL THE NAMES. I would like to take a moment to recognize service advisor John Lydon and his service department team, never forget the folks in the back that do the grunt work, for taking great care of my 2013 FORD Taurus. Over the past three years he and his team always greet with smile, no matter how busy it gets, and get the job done. They always keep me in the loop with a phone call and no surprises. In the service business myself I know this is no easy task! So when my car would not start a few days ago I had it towed to them and they had it back to me quicker than I expected. I called the dealer and explained that I wanted to make an appointment to stop by and have someone make sure there was no major issue and I explained I wanted to wait, I did not mind waiting a few hours because I don't mind reading a book. She was very stuck on her canned response about not knowing how long it would take and that I should not wait. I asked to speak to her supervisor and he settled the issue immediately by advising that I should show up at 7am and they would take care of it. At 7am the nicest people helped myself and other clients check in cars for service. John Lydon helped me. He could not of been nicer and more professional. They solved my problem and did an oil change and rotated tires etc. I was out in a no time and I could not be more happy with the service at this dealer. I don't hold it against them for having to ask for her manager, that's why she has one. I left one star off because I don't think anyone deserves 5 stars except of Eisenhower. More
