Pleasant, Personable, & Informative! I didn't originally get Karen as my adviser. I hand a grumpy individual who I will not slander, but once I had been redirected to Karen she explained I didn't originally get Karen as my adviser. I hand a grumpy individual who I will not slander, but once I had been redirected to Karen she explained all of the steps with regards to my recall with me. Karen is a delightful individual who is approachable and easy to speak to. I loved how personable she was and I returned to the dealership even after my minor hiccup with another service individual. Service Department Second to None I recently needed to bring my Lincoln Navigator into the dealer for routine service and some misc. repairs. I was fortunate to get Karen Wunderlich a I recently needed to bring my Lincoln Navigator into the dealer for routine service and some misc. repairs. I was fortunate to get Karen Wunderlich as my service advisor as she took great care of not only my car but all of my needs for transportation while my car was being serviced. She kept me fully informed on a step by step basis regarding on all the repairs needed and when some of the parts were not readily available she was able to extend my loaner car from the dealer for a good number of days so that I would not be without a car. She worked with me on all aspects of my service appointment and she made the experience a pleasant one from start to finish. I highly recommend not only the dealer service but Karen herself if you are lucky to get the choice. More
