Service Made Easy I brought my 2013 Ford Escape to Hempstead Ford Lincoln for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointment online which was a huge time saver. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and the waiting area is comfortable. Had the car back in about an hour and they washed it as well. In the past I have dealt with another Ford dealership and was very disappointed with difficult scheduling (on hold for 15 minutes and being told they had no appointments for days). Hempstead Ford Lincoln is great and I recommend them. More

Pleasant, Personable, & Informative! I didn't originally get Karen as my adviser. I hand a grumpy individual who I will not slander, but once I had been redirected to Karen she explained I didn't originally get Karen as my adviser. Karen is a delightful individual who is approachable and easy to speak to. I loved how personable she was and I returned to the dealership even after my minor hiccup with another service individual. I was fortunate to get Karen Wunderlich as my service advisor as she took great care of not only my car but all of my needs for transportation while my car was being serviced. She kept me fully informed on a step by step basis regarding on all the repairs needed and when some of the parts were not readily available she was able to extend my loaner car from the dealer for a good number of days so that I would not be without a car. She worked with me on all aspects of my service appointment and she made the experience a pleasant one from start to finish. I highly recommend not only the dealer service but Karen herself if you are lucky to get the choice. More
