Heated Seat Repair Heated seats were not working and I was give a road home. When Charlie found out he would need to keep the car overnight, I was given a loaner car. W Heated seats were not working and I was give a road home. When Charlie found out he would need to keep the car overnight, I was given a loaner car. When they needed to get a part to make the repair, again I got a loaner car. Charlie was courteous and explained everything concisely. When the car was ready, I received my car back in a quick and efficient manner. The experience was a very positive one. More

Service dept I recently brought in my car for service and all I have to say is that Karen Wunderlich the service advisor was great in taken care of us. I made the appointment online which was a huge time saver. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and the waiting area is comfortable. Had the car back in about an hour and they washed it as well. In the past I have dealt with another Ford dealership and was very disappointed with difficult scheduling (on hold for 15 minutes and being told they had no appointments for days). Hempstead Ford Lincoln is great and I recommend them. More
