Wonderful Customer Service I have had my 2011 Ford Fusion serviced at this location since I moved to the area 4 years ago. As a single woman, going to get your car serviced can I have had my 2011 Ford Fusion serviced at this location since I moved to the area 4 years ago. As a single woman, going to get your car serviced can be a less than pleasurable experience. Many times you are spoken down to or taken advantage of, assuming you don't know what you are talking about. I have had the opposite experience with Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Charlie Durante in the Service Center is exceptional. He is responsive to inquiries, explains everything I need to know about what is happening with the car, doesn't price gauge me, and treats me with respect. Every single person I have dealt with at this service center is professional. It is something you really don't find nowadays. They are exceptionally busy, but always find a way to produce quality work. I highly recommend this operation. More

Very helpful service advisors My service writer was Charlie (sorry forgot last name) helped me with a technical issue with a phone connect. I was told to do a erase of old data and that all would be lost, however I was concerned that there may be a problem and now I have left the dealership. So stating my dilemma he said he would do it for me. The data was cleared, he showed me how to put in new phones and he said most people say there navigation works better! The phones are working great and the navigation has never worked better. Charlie went above and beyond; our next car purchase will be from Hempstead Ford . Our Lincoln is running fine. I recommend this dealership! More

I am in the process of going to go back to the previous dlr which is where I bought my last 2010 MKX brand new. It was 6 yrs old and never needed service like the way I have been back and forth to yours.....5 times in 5 months and I live 40 mins away.!!! I Will also address the fact that I....the customer ...is responsible to replace them gas in the loaner cars before it is returned....really??? I don't see the dlrshp paying for my gas running back and forth repeatedly for the same thing before it gets fixed.... Round trip 34 miles I also plan to get in contact with the district manager for the Hempstead dlrships. Regards Renee Prince More

Thank you Charles Durante Arrived at dealership 10:30 a.m. without an appointment for my vehicles inspection which will expire in 3 days, and a needed oil change. Today was the Arrived at dealership 10:30 a.m. without an appointment for my vehicles inspection which will expire in 3 days, and a needed oil change. Today was the only day I can take off from work to have this done. Charlie had no problem fitting my 2014 Navigator in his already busy day. Also had rear brakes and rotors done at great a price. Oil change done at no charge as per Lincoln maintenance. Inspection and car wash was free as always at Hempstead Lincoln. My 2014 Navigator was ready at 12:45 p.m. Thanks Charlie! More
