Quick & Professional Car broke down at noon about a block away. One of their service mechanics went out and helped me get it to the service center, during his break, so th Car broke down at noon about a block away. Again, this was at Noon. 2:53 roles by and I have a call from John who said the care was ready. I returned and had my keys and was home by 3:30. I don't care who you are: That's excellent service. One of the best Service Re Karen was very helpful and friendly to me. I asked if I can have my car back before 12PM (I brought it in at 7AM) and she assured that that Service Re Karen was very helpful and friendly to me. The worst car service in usa. Going in for oil change for three hours, finally the manager said they can't find a lift to lift my limo. The did it on jack. I took my car, I found out they kill power steering of the car. I drove my car to a local mechanic. He lift it up and told me they disconnect the socket of the oil pumb. Not honest not proffissoinal. I won't recommend this service to anyone More

CheckTire Pressure light While driving on the parkway, the check tire pressure light came on. Fearing a potential flat tire due to a nail, I detoured to Hempstead Ford to have While driving on the parkway, the check tire pressure light came on. Fearing a potential flat tire due to a nail, I detoured to Hempstead Ford to have it checked. I was taken right away by Juan Toro, my service adviser at 2:20 PM. The tires were checked, no nails, and I was informed it was due to the change in climate from warm weather to 30 degree weather. I was able to continue driving without fear that I would have a flat tire on the parkway. I have owned Ford cars since 1993 and have always found Hempstead Ford's service department to be outstanding. More
