Since then, HFL sends me frequent emails - related to the ownership of my vehicle. I am reminded of service (for my vehicle) when it is due, I am made aware of service specials when they are available, and I am often sent tips on best practices for vehicle ownership. The last three times I brought the truck in for service, I have worked with Charlie Durante (Service Consultant). Charlie is knowledgeable and honest. He knows my truck's service history, and works with me on what is needed in the future. When it came to replacing the tires, he called me before I brought the truck in - so that he could find a tire that worked with my preference for function, look and pricing. He had the tires delivered to the dealer, and they were there waiting for the truck - so that I could have the truck back ASAP. Charlie represents the dealership and Ford in the most professional and courteous way - and he is a great guy in general. When my wife and I are ready for a new vehicle, HFL is the first place we will go. Thank you! More

I remember being told by a rival mechanic that I needed 'something' done, but my instincts told me to get a second opinion, so I went back to Hempstead Ford and was told I did not need 'that' done. I remember being told a long time ago that I get what I pay for. It is true. If there was ever an issue (maybe one or two over twenty plus years) with the work done at Hempstead Ford, they welcomed the opportunity to check it out and correct without the drama many rivals put you through.
