Service visit Scheduled a car visit for inspection and oil change for a Saturday. Arrived slightly early and was checked in in about 2 minutes. Greeted by Karen and confirmed the necessary work to be done to my car. In addition to the oil change and inspection needed an alignment which appears to be normal living on Long Island with the horrible road conditions (endless potholes) on all the streets and highways. Work completed quickly and correctly. More

Poor service for commercial. I broke my van there for two days nothing was being done after two days I was told to come back for a different appointment which who knows if he's go I broke my van there for two days nothing was being done after two days I was told to come back for a different appointment which who knows if he's going to get fixed nobody can leave the car for so long not fixed. On my next appointment they supposed to order the parts that see if this will happen it's feel weird when you go to a dealership that don't have part to f no car loaner .! More

Karen Wunderlich checked in my car at 7:30AM and was able to arrange for additional services that I needed since I have a busy schedule. Karen was very quick with the process and stayed on top of everything. I usually deal with Karen when I bring my car for service in the past and I never had any concerns. Suggestion to all customers, always make an appointment for any car services. You will get your car back sooner and less hassle if you make an appointment!!!!! More

Service Director - Robert Spalletta(Total xxxxxxx) Service Advisor - Karen Wunderlich(She is a kind person but have to get approval from that xxxxxxx Robert Spalletta) Customer No. - 169341 Customer Name - Vehicle Model - 2013 Ford F-150 Raptor SVT VIN - Warranty - Ford ESP Premium Care R.O. Date - 6/16/17 Invoice Date - 6/23/17 and then took in back on 6/23 and got it on 7/13 Invoice No. - LICS943611 Invoice Amount - $358.41(Including $100 deductible for Premium Care) Got the truck back from Hempstead Ford service, I took the car in for 3 issues Issue 1: The front end makes a lot of noise when going over potholes, drifts to one side when going over some small bumps on the highway over 60 m/hr. - Those service guys could not even diagnose it and they changed some bushings, links and messed up my wheel alignment which I did with another Ford Dealer about 2 weeks before giving it to Hempstead Ford. They refuse to fix it or even look at it saying it's fixed and that Robert Spalletta asked me to get out of the service center as they don't work on my truck anymore. They refused to fix my wheel alignment or take a drive with me so that I can show it's not fixed. Issue 2: Squeak from the rear when taking off from a stop at low speeds.- Hempstead Ford made me change rotors and brake pads saying that its coming from the brake pads/rotors. It was from the rear suspension springs and they finally fixed it with a lot of trail and error. Issue 3: Annoying noise coming from the brake pedal like that of spring getting pulled under tension & released. This has nothing to do with brake pads or rotors. As it is the sound from the pedal - Hempstead Ford made me change rotors and brake pads. Issue 1 & 3 is not fixed. They made me change rotors and brake pads unnecessarily. I have an inspection receipt from another Ford dealer 2 weeks prior to taking the car to Hempstead dealer that they are no issues with my rotors or brakes. More
