AS ALWAYS A SMOOOOOOTH PROCESS As always a SUPER trip to the dealer for service. I was immediately approached by a greeter who ask the reason for my visit and who was my service As always a SUPER trip to the dealer for service. I was then walked in to see Karen Wunderlich. Even before talking to Karen , the other service advisors that I have dealt with in prior visits and eventhose whoi never dealt with said hello. Usually when your done with a service advisor at other dealerships the forget who you are,,, NOT HERE!! Karen had been in touch several times with Sean Rogers, Lincoln concierge with my concerns. From the first phone call and many more after, I was called and updated all the way to the completion of the job. THANK YOU More

Top of the line Customer Service & Satisfaction I brought my Lincoln MKX SUV in to have a minor part replaced. I was immediately attended to by Karen and given a brand new Lincol loaner and I was out the door in 5-7 minutes. I received a call a couple of hours later from Karen telling me the Car was ready. I said they are done already? I really wasn’t surprised they really do take care of their Customers from the second you pull into the garage to the second you sign back out. Hempstead Ford/Lincoln is an organized and thorough operation. Karen who takes care of me every time I go in is such a sweetheart, she greets me with a smile and a big hello and she makes sure I’m always out quickly and I leave satisfied.
