To recap the Service Dept. was run professionally and was geared to making the customer happy. I would certainly recommend Hempstead Ford Lincoln to anybody! More

Car was picked up at my place of business(Andrew) and I was given a comparable MKZ as a loaner car. Setting up an appointment was easy . The dealer contacted me every step of the way and were prompt with the loaner delivery and Karen, my service advisor, made sure the car was ready as I requested and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup and unlike many other service advisors I have dealt with in the past 50 years has a sense of humor. He is a very good addition to your service staff .He knows best how to make a client's service experience one that is professional and well managed. Your waiting area is very clean and comfortable: chairs, tables and free coffee. The only thing missing might be a small microwave to reheat food or drinks, when waiting time is necessarily extended. AS ALWAYS A SMOOOOOOTH PROCESS As always a SUPER trip to the dealer for service. I was then walked in to see Karen Wunderlich. Even before talking to Karen , the other service advisors that I have dealt with in prior visits and eventhose whoi never dealt with said hello. Usually when your done with a service advisor at other dealerships the forget who you are,,, NOT HERE!! Karen had been in touch several times with Sean Rogers, Lincoln concierge with my concerns. From the first phone call and many more after, I was called and updated all the way to the completion of the job. THANK YOU More
