The dealer contacted me every step of the way and were prompt with the loaner delivery and Karen, my service advisor, made sure the car was ready as I requested and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup and unlike many other service advisors I have dealt with in the past 50 years has a sense of humor. He is a very good addition to your service staff .He knows best how to make a client's service experience one that is professional and well managed. Your waiting area is very clean and comfortable: chairs, tables and free coffee. The only thing missing might be a small microwave to reheat food or drinks, when waiting time is necessarily extended.
