Excellent Service Department I was traveling from out of town and had a problem with my driver side window; with no appointment, on a Saturday afternoon no less, Hempstead Ford Li I was traveling from out of town and had a problem with my driver side window; with no appointment, on a Saturday afternoon no less, Hempstead Ford Lincoln Service Department properly diagnosed and repaired the issue. The service advisers, Karen W. and Juan T. were professional, courteous and understanding. The repair technician, Vinny S., was a professional; he treated my 2014 Edge like it was his own. After the work was completed, my car was sent through their car wash and I was back on the road within two hours. The service department worked as a team to provide the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership service department. I would recommend buying and having your Ford or Lincoln serviced there.
