Responsive Service Team The service rep Karen took me in without an appointment. My engine light came on the day before and I needed my expedition for work. Everything was going wrong — the power steering the battery light, and the check engine light. They got me a loaner and quickly figured out and replaced my serpentine belt. I’m back in my Explorer a day and a half later and it’s all better. Thank you!!!! More

Today my car died. On a flat bed being towed to ford. Now no loaner car, my car sitting I. Their service department and a rental had to come out of my pocket. I have never ever been treated so poorly by a dealership. Sucks. Never will I buy from them again More

SO WHEN YOU TEY TO CHECK UP ON THE STATUS OF YOUR VEHICLE REPAIR YOU ONLY GET VOICEMAIL!! They don't bother to calk back. I guess the service department thrives on the facf that Fords break down so much that they always need repairs!!!! Service department is not worried because of the frequent and high price maintenance costs of owning a Ford! They could he more professional in their service delivery. More

We bought our $40,000 ford explorer only to have a ton of problems within 1000 miles of ownership: power steering unit went, a/c unit went, and tranny is whining. Service department is nonresponsive!they don't return calls, are unhelpful and take FOREVER to complete repairs on vehicles that should not be damaged. More
