Making things right I leased my 2017 for Explorer in Oct of 2017 and I am very happy with the vehicle. if it wasn't for Doug Curtis and Karen Wunderlich I would never hav I leased my 2017 for Explorer in Oct of 2017 and I am very happy with the vehicle. if it wasn't for Doug Curtis and Karen Wunderlich I would never have wanted to go back to this dealership again. I hit a few road blocks with a few other employees with phone calls, call backs, follow ups with my paper work but, Doug Curtis was able to expedite what I needed once he knew about the situation. Thank you Doug for Making Things Right! When I dropped my vehicle off last Thursday to be repaired, I met Karen and I was reassured she would take care of everything and there would be different outcomes. So far she has kept her word and I am confident I will get my car back with out any more issues, and my future experiences will be more positive. Thank you Karen for Making Things Right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also want to thank Cathy who is on the meet and greet line of servie for always being so pleasant and helpful. More
no loyalty we have purchased 10 fords in in about 14 years 6 from hempstead ford in 5 years . when i had an engine problem in my flex we were assured by service we have purchased 10 fords in in about 14 years 6 from hempstead ford in 5 years . when i had an engine problem in my flex we were assured by service writer it was covered and warranty was in tact .after car sat for over 40 days in theyre lot and then 2 days after 2 brand new ford escapes were delivered .i was advised the warranty was expired .... after i had it towed from my mechanic after i was asurred my warranty was valid.trying to talk to ford credit was almost impossible . calling philipines and malaysia...yes ford outsourced! i was advised by ford corporate it was a dealership issue . i will say the new service manager did try to help but what they chose to do just wasnt right! had to pay over 5000 to get car fixed . never again .....i even asked them to give me something on a trade in for another new car and was told no! never hempstead ford again .....never ford again for that matter!!! More

Responsive Service Team The service rep Karen took me in without an appointment. My engine light came on the day before and I needed my expedition for work. Everything was going wrong — the power steering the battery light, and the check engine light. They got me a loaner and quickly figured out and replaced my serpentine belt. I’m back in my Explorer a day and a half later and it’s all better. Thank you!!!! More

Today my car died. On a flat bed being towed to ford. Now no loaner car, my car sitting I. Their service department and a rental had to come out of my pocket. I have never ever been treated so poorly by a dealership. Sucks. Never will I buy from them again More
