"They have enough customers so they don't need me." Disgraceful treatment of a customer, stay away! Manager Douglas Curtis didn't even know who I was and why I had complaints in the past. My elderly father brought his Ford Passenger Van to fix the rear AC suddenly blowing out hot air. He was promptly charged over 2k and told it would be done soon. After a bunch of delays, he got it back with the service person shadily saying that it works, but "only if you keep the AC on Max because it doesn't have enough power" Of course, less than a week later the same problem pops up and we bring it in for another repair. They hold it for a week and say they're currently looking at it each time I call and never call me back when I request more details. This time I finally pester them enough to talk to a service guy. Here's where it goes really downhill..... The guy says that nobody has even worked on it yet and Paul (one in charge of our service) has been out sick for the past few days. When I ask to speak to the manager, he said that "he's out on vacation this week". When I ask if there is ANYBODY in charge I can talk to, he said the main service guy is in a meeting and he'll ask him to call me back in around an hour.... No surprise that it's past that and no call right? The van is used to carry seniors every Wednesday and I asked if we could at least get a rental or rental reimbursement and he just flat out told me it wasn't possible and their rentals were all out. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place like a plague if you don't want the classic overpriced dealer shenanigans and lies. I'm more furious for the deception than anything. More

They are knowledgeable, friendly and handled all concerns and questions we had before buying our Lincoln!!!! Our first maintainance check up was a breeze with Charlie. Consisten Excellent Service with the Service Department On the way home from work I noticed that a whining noise coming from the transmission had gotten significantly worse. I brought the car into the serv On the way home from work I noticed that a whining noise coming from the transmission had gotten significantly worse. I brought the car into the service center at about 11am without an appointment. The Service rep that was in at the time Karen, immediately took me in an tried to assist me. Overhearing the conversation Karen and I were having about the car, another service Rep, Charlie offered and went for a ride with me to determine how critical the noise was. Although he could not pinpoint the exact problem, he showed concern and recommended that I make arrangements to have the car left at the dealer to get looked at. Karen immediately went inside to work out getting me a loaner car. I was on my way home with the loaner car within an hour from when I arrived. I very much appreciated the concern and attentiveness that I received from both of the representatives, especially given that I did not have an appointment. I have purchased two car from this dealership and have used the service department for all of the maintenance on the cars for over 5 years. I would not go anywhere else due to the terrific service I get from the service department, More
