I was greeted on line by a smiling woman who asked, not what I was there for BUT how I was doing. I was then met by Karen. who made me feel like I was the only customer in the dealership. She greeted me with her GREAT sense of humor and put me as ease. Bad to Great I have had my Ford Explorer for 2-1/2 years and have always loved the service they provide, until this recent visit. It was a stressful day and I had I have had my Ford Explorer for 2-1/2 years and have always loved the service they provide, until this recent visit. It was a stressful day and I had just picked up my twin 3 year old nieces, got in the car and it would not start. Of course the girls were nervous and didn’t understand what was going on so I calmly called Ford Road Service. Tow truck came and I was able to get the car to Hempstead Ford. I went into the service office and explained what my situation was and the service rep said “so what do you want me to do for you”. I cannot llie, I was a little shocked because like wsaid I have always had great experiences there before. Without sounding like a total witch, I replied “oh I don’t know, how about finding out what caused it to not start?!” A different service rep saw the look on my face after he walked out, her name was Karen Wunderlich, and asked what was going on. I explained the whole situation including what he said to me. She immediately went out to him and my car and took over the whole reason for my service. Thank you to Karen for turning a bad experience into one that was once again pleasant, the way Ford Lincoln has always been before. More

Great service/ Great people As what seems to be the norm, once again my service at Hempstead was amazing. From Maria helping me with my issue, being greeted by a great smile, Juan taking care of the prep (he really went above) got me a ride home (helped my Saturday running around), Karen's smile and making me feel welcome, and finally, my Lincoln riding and looking good as new.
