We're grateful for the opportunity to speak with your husband who visited the shop and gave us the chance to discuss the matter and address the issue. When we started the vehicle, the check engine light came on. The vehicle was driven into the shop where one of the technicians was sent to retrieve the code. The code indicated "fuel pressure." Your husband was informed of the issue, and it was suggested to him that he leave the vehicle at the shop so we can fix it, which he agreed to do.

My husband went back to show you the car because it broke down again in your parking lot. Since you said you have to WITNESS IT there was proof for you. So he didn’t go back to give you a chance to discuss it, you asked for proof and he showed it to you. I’m still not going to ignore the fact that your Manager Oliver’s laugh as I was leaving and telling him that me and my one year old could’ve gotten hurt. And I’m also not going to ignore the fact that your manager told my husband that he’s willing to work with him and not me. I’m guessing he has something against women in general. Anyway. Now you did fix it and didn’t charge me anything and I appreciate that. I’m a normal human being with a well understanding of others situations. So if this happened the first time we arrived, I would’ve left with a smile and gratitude. But it didn’t. And instead of apologizing, your Oliver again downgraded me in front of my husband again. So my review will stay up here and on Google. Thank you again for at least putting in an effort to make it better.
