Hempstead Ford Lincoln is the best dealership anyone could imagine. They have the best service department anywhere. They take care of their customers immediately, and if you have a problem and call them could imagine. They have the best service department anywhere. I have been buying cars from them since 1989, and will keep buying cars there. Their salesman also help you get the best deal you could get anywhere else. They also help you determine what you need. Horrible customer service. Oliver Czar or whatever his last name is, he is a terrible person with lack of empathy and sympathy in general (which is crucial in this business). My husband came here on November 7th with a problem in the engine. The manager told him that if this doesn’t happen when the TECHNICIAN drives it, there’s nothing that they can do? Two months go by and I’m on the road with my 1 year old. As I’m driving the car suddenly stops causing me to swerve and almost get into a car accident. I go here again. And AGAIN he says that the same thing. So what’s going to convince him that my car has a problem if the problem occurs in front of him. I recorded our whole conversation and will go to court with this. As I was leaving he was laughing to the fact that I told him my one year old and me could’ve gotten hurt. He said I don’t have a right to record our conversations. But if I wasn’t a law student, I would’ve agreed to this. I opened two cases against him already, and will open another one but this time it will be a legal case against him. Because that is pure negligence + his demeanor. And I have proof of everything INCLUDING the videos of the car problem. More

Trying to book a service appointment requires going through a third-party vendor who has no access to what warranties you may have and does not speak English. Although we love our Lincoln, I definitely will not use this dealership again, as the service is very poor. I made an original appointment for Service for December 26 and they showed up at my home on November 26. The Butler service is not complete leaving rubbish in my car that was not even there prior. Even when we made a new appointment, they did not show up on time, and it was nearly impossible to get someone to speak to. We took a day off and waited here all day. If you would like to call my husband, or I to discuss specific instances that have taken place for the past two years, we would be more than happy to discuss this if you review my records, you will see I purchased an additional warranty just not to have any worries, and although I pay a lot of money each month for that service, it is nearly impossible to take full advantage due to the lack of professionalism on the end of the dealer More
