Karen helped me out and I was in a real bind! Karen really came through for me and I had never been to the dealership before! I explained that my check engine light kept coming on and today my bro Karen really came through for me and I had never been to the dealership before! I explained that my check engine light kept coming on and today my brother was being discharged from hospital later today and my dad is 88 and having minor surgery today as well. When I told her I needed to call a cab to get home to take care of my dad, she immediately made sure I got a car. What a relief. So, we are getting ready to take dad for his procedure and Karen helped me on a day when I did not know HOW I was gonna get everything done. That was an amazing ecpereince to be treated with such kindness. More

SERVICE = SALES I brought my 2018 ESCAPE back for oil change today and as usual I was treated as a valued customer. My rep Juan was as always to notch. I reminded him again how their service department was so helpful with my two 2005 Taurus that they effectively made the sale on the two Escapes that I leased last year. I traveled past another Ford dealership to get to Hempstead because of the other service department was so poor. Hempstead is so comfortable & professional. Love the Wi-Fi & charging station and the coffee. More
It is upsetting when you cannot trust a service department I scheduled a service appointment, pointing out the issues I had with the car. At the time of check-in the advisor rudely informed me that if I "added I scheduled a service appointment, pointing out the issues I had with the car. At the time of check-in the advisor rudely informed me that if I "added" (I promptly informed the receptionist of what my car needed) items to be checked I would have waited 2 hours. Since I was waiting I let them check the more urgent issues and let go the rest. I waited over 3 hours and when I took back the car realized that they did not rotate the tires, as paid for. I called back, and after some time the advisor reluctantly confirmed it, and told me that they would take care of it "at no charge"! I pointed out that I already paid for that service. I am in the process of having the car serviced again after I waited 3+ hours. It is upsetting when you cannot trust a service and have to second guess everything. More

Love the Service Department My car was giving me trouble on a Saturday. We told Karen the problems we were experiencing. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I had mentioned to her that my husband was ill and was going for treatments, and asked her if she had a loaner car for us to drive while the car was being serviced. Although there was none readily available, she went above and beyond to find us a car that we could use. Her caring and kindness will never be forgotten. That kind of service is priceless. More

Pot hole damage to tire Driving from Jersey to Long Island I hit a pot hole on 95 North. Immediately my tire went flat and it literally blew out the tire and damaged the rim Driving from Jersey to Long Island I hit a pot hole on 95 North. Immediately my tire went flat and it literally blew out the tire and damaged the rim. Trying not to kill myself I changed the tire to the spare and drove 1 hour to Hempstead Lincoln/Ford dealership. Charlie Durante greeted me as I walked in and came back out to assess the tire/damages. He then looked for a replacement tire and could not find one at a dealer or distribution center. He showed me his computer and there were no tires at all in the system! I knew I could drive back to Central New Jersey on the spare so I told him to keep the car and try to locate something that would work. Charlie called me a couple of hours later and said he found one through a secondary distributor and he arranged to have it overnighted. The tire arrived the next day and Charlie called me around 4pm to pick it up. He also changed out my lug nuts as I “rounded” them off in a panic to remove them. In my life I have never experienced service at this level and my time in and out of the service department was record setting! Charlie, you are a good man and to the dealership congratulations on the Presidents Club award!! You certainly deserve it and I know with the impeccable service that you deliver, you will earn more in the years to come!! My only “want” is to hope that you can inspire other dealerships to deliver such amazing service, who knows I may move closer to Hempstead just to have you as my neighborhood dealership! Oil Change I had a 2:00PM appointment for an oil change. I went there after i got off of work, arriving at about 1:45. I was promptly greeted by Karen W. She wro I had a 2:00PM appointment for an oil change. I went there after i got off of work, arriving at about 1:45. I was promptly greeted by Karen W. She wrote up my car and they drove it into the shop at about 1:50. I looked around the showroom for a while then sat in the waiting room. At 2:15 Karen came in and told me my car was going through the car wash and would be ready in a couple of minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They did the oil change, performed a Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection had the car washed in 20 minutes total. Thank You Karen W. for a wonderful experience! Bob Stacy More
