She quickly told me to call roadside Ford assistance & have a tow truck dispatched to my location. She was able to ready the bays for my car once I got the spare put on and made the experience well worth the time and stress I was going through in 100+ heat on the side of the road. Oliver the Service Manager is also great. He extended great customer care when I need it most. Maria is another Service Manager who is there to assist with outstanding customer service. What can I say except they are wonderful Employees who are personable and care for the customer. I know I can be a pain LOL, but they always reassure me that my car is in great hands. More

She was able to get me a loaner car so that I would not be without a vehicle, as I told her that my husband is ill. With her sweet disposition, I was assured that they would get to the bottom of the problem (since I was there a few weeks earlier). She was able to look back at the service history and made sure that the issue was properly addressed. Between her and the knowledge of the service technician, the car was fixed the same day - all under warranty! More

Very Disappointed This is the fourth time I had my 2017 Lincoln MKC serviced at this dealership. My most recent visit was for an oil change and service and the Auto Bu This is the fourth time I had my 2017 Lincoln MKC serviced at this dealership. My most recent visit was for an oil change and service and the Auto Butler Detail package. Much to my surprise when I got home I noticed a large chip on the top of my driver’s door which I knew for sure was not there when I brought the car in for service. This damage was done during this visit and I was not informed. I was so frustrated that I brought the vehicle up to my local body shop and the technician was able to touch it up for $80 and it looks OK. I have never had a problem here, but it would have been nice if the Technician who caused the damage said something. I probably would not have been upset if the dealership would have acknowledged they caused the damage and offered to repair it. The oil change was a bit pricy also, so I think the remaining service for my vehicle will be done at my local auto repair facility. Sorry Hempstead Lincoln, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. More
