Another Happy Customer I bought my mustang from Tower Ford and when they shut down I started going to Hempstead FL. I've since been a few times for service and other matters I bought my mustang from Tower Ford and when they shut down I started going to Hempstead FL. I've since been a few times for service and other matters where I needed parts changed and issues diagnosed. The dealership is big, but also clean and they offer great loaner cars when needed as I need one to drive to work everyday. Charlie is a great rep when it comes to communications and getting the job done. He communicated with me throughout the process of changing one of my cam phasers and never had me guessing or worried about when I would get my car back. John - another service member has also been much help. Between the two of them and the mechanics who get the job done correctly I believe Hempstead FL is a great team. More

This is largely due to how this dealership helps me maintain the car. The service work is usually great. The staff really goes out of its way to accommodate you with excellent service. I especially appreciate the coordination between the sales and service departments. When you are a current customer each department makes great effort to demonstrate to you that you were not just a sale they wanted but a customer who is part of the family. Even the sales reps who do not directly handle your initial transaction participate in seeing to it you are a satisfied customer upon any reason for your return to the dealership. I especially would like to commend my sales rep Karen Hesdra, her colleague in sales, Evan, and Andrian, Maria and Karen in service as well as the always courteous service coordinators who graciously respond when you want to book an appointment. If you are thinking about another car, I strongly urge you to consider this dealership. More

Service Dept. has been awful: terrible communication, lack of follow-through and an obvious lack of concern for solving my problem. I finally made a little headway after several calls to Hempstead Lincoln Service manager and a couple calls to Lincoln’s corporate office. I am not impressed at all and wishing I’d stuck with a Toyota. I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 with the hope they redeem themselves and I can upgrade the review only because the sales manager was helpful today and seems to care. I am cautiously optimistic now and will be back with a follow up when issue is resolved.... or it is not. More
Had my Ford Edge in this morning for an inspection and I was in and out in one hour. The service department are such professionals and treat you like family. I know it’s cliche-ish but true! Service Department I have tried 3 different times to schedule service and when they hear I didn't but the vehicle at this dealer my appointment date is two months away.
