Had my Ford Edge in this morning for an inspection and I was in and out in one hour. The service department are such professionals and treat you like family. I know it’s cliche-ish but true! Service Department I have tried 3 different times to schedule service and when they hear I didn't but the vehicle at this dealer my appointment date is two months away. If you have a Ford bring it to Hempstead Ford for service I brought my Mustang in for minor service and was very satisfied. The entire experience went very smooth from start to finish. Lincoln's and/or Hempstead's Complimentary car pick-up service is not only convenient but also presents professional and pleasant representatives. I rate this 4 out of 5. Hempstead's service has to look closely into the thoroughness of its complimentary car wash as it is deficient and examine the cleanliness of its loaner cars that are either dusty or with sticky spots. Coordination amongst its various service areas appear inexistent. After the Butler service, my car was washed. It should be washed before Butler service is performed. More
