I recently had my vehicle serviced at the dealership. Karen saw to it that my concerns were met. I had leased the vehicle in September and was waiting for the cargo cover as it wasn't availa dealership. Karen saw to it that my concerns were met. Karen in the Service Department was great.I had leased my car in September of 2020 but was missing the cargo cover. I was told numerous times the cover was coming in but I never received it.
