We had to get service done on our new Ford and couldn’t have asked for a better client experience with Karen in the service department. Two recalls needed to be addressed. MY most positive experience was with Karen Wunderlich. She kept me updated, very kind, friedly and considerate of my time. She is an asset to Ford. My only negative issue is that when I called to make the apt, I should have been told that there was a possibility that a part would need to be ordered and I might not get my car back. I had a wonderful experience with the sales dept when I bought my 2021 Explorer ST in the beginning of this year. This was my 1st time bringing it in to the service dept. My prior experiences with other bought my 2021 Explorer ST in the beginning of this year. This was my 1st time bringing it in to the service dept. My prior experiences with other dealership service dept was always a problem, so I dreaded bringing my car in. WOW. What an A+ Service Dept here at Hempstead. Karen Wunderlich was wonderful the second I met her. She was welcoming, helpful, cheery, personable and she made the experience easy, smooth and wonderful. She is an amazing human being. She kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle to the point I had NO worries at all. I have never experienced such a professionally run service department as I have with Hempstead Ford. Bravo and Thank you. Now I never have to dread bringing my vehicle in for service ever again.
