Avoid this dealership at all costs. I returned my vehicle at the end of its lease in excellent condition with no damage, and I have time-stamped photo proof to back it up. Despite this, I was hit with a $1,600 charge for damage that clearly did not exist when I dropped the car off. I reached out to the dealership immediately to address the issue and requested to speak with the manager, who refused to speak with me. I even took the extra step of emailing the dealership owner directly, and to this day, I have received no response. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I expected better from a business that relies on customer trust. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere—especially if you plan on leasing a vehicle. More

Dealt with Karen and as usual it was a very pleasant, positive experience; came in for complimentary NYS inspection and knew from prior service that I was going to need work on the brakes.
