Leasing from Hempstead Ford Lincoln was pleasant and fun I decided to lease a Lincoln Nautilus to replace my Infiniti QX70s . I went to Hempstead Ford Lincoln and met with Christine Collins. She was lovely I decided to lease a Lincoln Nautilus to replace my Infiniti QX70s . I went to Hempstead Ford Lincoln and met with Christine Collins. She was lovely, polite and well informed about her product line. She set up a test drive and reviewed the different Nautilus levels and options. I never had an sales pressure, and never felt like I was having anything 'pushed' on me. Once I did all of the paperwork Christine was great at explaining everything about the vehicle. She took her time to set things up and and made the entire car buying experience pleasurable. I also want to say that Michael Belcastro, the Business Manager was also gracious and helpful. He made the business side of leasing so easy that you think you are among friends. I would totally recommend that you do your business at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. They know how to treat their customers and make leasing or buying a car a an enjoyable experience. More

Her helper on this deal, Alex Mingo, helped us see the different cars we were thinking of at storage facility and made sure we were happy with our choice, Finishing all the paperwork with Robert Jackson was easy and effortless with full explanation on any questions. Had problem with sensing system, which was actually caused by our front license plate holder, Got quick come in right away from Maria Almaeda and amazing solution of problem by Oliver. I'm sure most service centers would have taken many appointments to solve. More
Great Service I purchased my 2018 Lincoln MKC from Hempstead Lincoln and utilize their service department. Juan Toro is fantastic. He far exceeds my expectations. Oliver the Service Manager is also great. He extended great customer care when I need it most. Maria is another Service Manager who is there to assist with outstanding customer service. Karen is a Service Advisor who is always there to great me with a smile and a hug. I think she is terrific. What can I say except they are wonderful Employees who are personable and care for the customer. I know I can be a pain LOL, but they always reassure me that my car is in great hands. More

She was able to get me a loaner car so that I would not be without a vehicle, as I told her that my husband is ill. With her sweet disposition, I was assured that they would get to the bottom of the problem (since I was there a few weeks earlier). She was able to look back at the service history and made sure that the issue was properly addressed. Between her and the knowledge of the service technician, the car was fixed the same day - all under warranty! More

Very Disappointed This is the fourth time I had my 2017 Lincoln MKC serviced at this dealership. My most recent visit was for an oil change and service and the Auto Bu This is the fourth time I had my 2017 Lincoln MKC serviced at this dealership. My most recent visit was for an oil change and service and the Auto Butler Detail package. Much to my surprise when I got home I noticed a large chip on the top of my driver’s door which I knew for sure was not there when I brought the car in for service. This damage was done during this visit and I was not informed. I was so frustrated that I brought the vehicle up to my local body shop and the technician was able to touch it up for $80 and it looks OK. I have never had a problem here, but it would have been nice if the Technician who caused the damage said something. I probably would not have been upset if the dealership would have acknowledged they caused the damage and offered to repair it. The oil change was a bit pricy also, so I think the remaining service for my vehicle will be done at my local auto repair facility. Sorry Hempstead Lincoln, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. More
Karen helped me out and I was in a real bind! Karen really came through for me and I had never been to the dealership before! I explained that my check engine light kept coming on and today my bro Karen really came through for me and I had never been to the dealership before! I explained that my check engine light kept coming on and today my brother was being discharged from hospital later today and my dad is 88 and having minor surgery today as well. When I told her I needed to call a cab to get home to take care of my dad, she immediately made sure I got a car. What a relief. So, we are getting ready to take dad for his procedure and Karen helped me on a day when I did not know HOW I was gonna get everything done. That was an amazing ecpereince to be treated with such kindness. More
