Karen was able to quickly assess my situation & provide the guidance I needed to help fix the problem. She quickly told me to call roadside Ford assistance & have a tow truck dispatched to my location. She was able to ready the bays for my car once I got the spare put on and made the experience well worth the time and stress I was going through in 100+ heat on the side of the road.
