If you have a Ford bring it to Hempstead Ford for service I brought my Mustang in for minor service and was very satisfied. The entire experience went very smooth from start to finish. Lincoln's and/or Hempstead's Complimentary car pick-up service is not only convenient but also presents professional and pleasant representatives. I rate this 4 out of 5. Hempstead's service has to look closely into the thoroughness of its complimentary car wash as it is deficient and examine the cleanliness of its loaner cars that are either dusty or with sticky spots. Coordination amongst its various service areas appear inexistent. After the Butler service, my car was washed. It should be washed before Butler service is performed. More

Fast, efficient, excellent service Working with Hempstead Ford was the simplest car buying process I have ever experienced. I had my Ford Edge in today for its first service since getting the car earlier this year. The service team greeted me warmly and instructed me to pull right into the garage.
