Service Dept. has been awful: terrible communication, lack of follow-through and an obvious lack of concern for solving my problem. I finally made a little headway after several calls to Hempstead Lincoln Service manager and a couple calls to Lincoln’s corporate office. I am not impressed at all and wishing I’d stuck with a Toyota. I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 with the hope they redeem themselves and I can upgrade the review only because the sales manager was helpful today and seems to care. I am cautiously optimistic now and will be back with a follow up when issue is resolved.... or it is not. More

Had my Ford Edge in this morning for an inspection and I was in and out in one hour. The service department are such professionals and treat you like family. I know it’s cliche-ish but true!
