I've since been a few times for service and other matters where I needed parts changed and issues diagnosed. The dealership is big, but also clean and they offer great loaner cars when needed as I need one to drive to work everyday. Charlie is a great rep when it comes to communications and getting the job done. He communicated with me throughout the process of changing one of my cam phasers and never had me guessing or worried about when I would get my car back. John - another service member has also been much help. Between the two of them and the mechanics who get the job done correctly I believe Hempstead FL is a great team. More
