I found him to be: -extremely knowledgeable -Not overly aggressive, gave me options that met our needs -Very efficient, took less then 2 hours in total to buy the car -Flexible Lastly, a man of his word. His prices are far lower I have now leased 2 Fords and 2 Lincolns from this dealership. John Smisek, the Sales Manager, is straightforward and honest. His prices are far lower than neighboring dealerships, all without any haggling. The service department is also very efficient and well managed.
