Two recalls needed to be addressed. MY most positive experience was with Karen Wunderlich. She kept me updated, very kind, friedly and considerate of my time. She is an asset to Ford. My only negative issue is that when I called to make the apt, I should have been told that there was a possibility that a part would need to be ordered and I might not get my car back. It turned out that I did not need the recall part replaced, but having this information would have been important in making the appointment. Karen Wunderlick made the experience positive. More
