JC told me John had passed away suddenly months before. We shared our sympathies. I told JC I was looking for a used Navigator or Expedition and gave him my price range. About a month later JC called and said, "I've got your car - a low mileage loaded Expedition at a very reasonable price." A few days later I stopped in for JC to show me the car. It was exactly what I was looking for. Hempstead Ford is a no haggle dealer, BUT their prices are very fair and more than competitive with other reputable dealers. JC is amazing to deal with.
