A few months ago I was looking for a replacement for my 14 Navigator which I had purchased several years earlier from Hempstead Ford. Great deal then and an excellent sales experience. JC told me John had passed away suddenly months before. We shared our sympathies. I told JC I was looking for a used Navigator or Expedition and gave him my price range. About a month later JC called and said, "I've got your car - a low mileage loaded Expedition at a very reasonable price." A few days later I stopped in for JC to show me the car. It was exactly what I was looking for. Hempstead Ford is a no haggle dealer, BUT their prices are very fair and more than competitive with other reputable dealers. JC is amazing to deal with. A true gentleman and no xx whatsoever. No pressure and he did everything possible to make for an incredibly smooth buying experience. He also gave me good advice on my trade and saved me more money using my Costco membership. I was so happy with JC that I brought my daughter to him a month later to buy her 21 Explorer. He was just as great helping her as he did me. Finally, their selection of low mileage CERTIFIED pre-owned Fords and Lincolns is the best on Long Island. Go see JC at Hempstead Ford. I have contacted the dealership about a potential vehicle for my Mom, I received a response within seconds and was scheduled a call with a sales rep the following morning. Very different experience from other dealerships. He was extremely accommodating and thorough. Very flexible with our appointment times and calls as I was traveling from Albany. When we arrived for a test drive he was so sweet and helpful, really couldn’t ask for more. My mom has a language barrier and was looking for her first vehicle. Carmine showed us the options and walked us through the process slowly, making sure she had enough time for translation and that she understood everything he was offering. Once we left, he stayed in touch just enough without being pushy, giving us time to make a decision. He answers all of our questions and was accessible via text even on his day off. Very accommodating with pick up schedule and provided amendments to the buyers order swiftly. He even made himself available for calls/questions while my mom was figuring out her financing and insurance - without a hassle. During pick up day he was the kindest, most honest sales rep we could have asked for! The car was in perfect condition and everyone at the dealership was just great.
