Best experience ever! The sales rep, John Miolla was great. He was very thorough and explained everything. There was no pressure at all. He informed us of our options and their process and then let us decide how and when to move forward. Mike in finance was great to work with as well. Like I said, best experience ever. We live in the Hudson Valley and chose Hempstead because they had the used car we wanted in stock. I was dreading the drive and tolls but took a chance and was so pleasantly surprised by the experience. I am recommending Hempstead Ford Lincoln to all my friends. It is worth the drive. I will be calling John when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle. More
