My sales rep Frank Romeo was the most kindest gentleman that had my best interest at heart the whole way through. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to get the exact make, model, and color I wanted. He also did a phenomenal job meeting my demands. What I loved most was that the whole experience was so natural, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or pushed to make a decision. Even Gary Paperman, the business manager, was so straightforward and honest. All the APR tiers were laid out in front of me and Gary worked on my side to get me the best rate he could get me. To top off the whole experience, the President of the dealership, John Billard, went out of his way to find me and congratulate me on my purchase. Hempstead Ford Lincoln has definitely set the bar sky high when it comes to shopping for a vehicle. They have made me not only a believer in them, but also a believer in Ford, the company as a whole. From start to finish Karen H. our sales consultant, and John S. the sales manager, were both extremely helpful. Karen was exceptional and very informative, she made every effort to ensure all of my and my wife’s questions were answered and throughout the experience made the entire sales process flow seamlessly. We received a great price and spent thousands less than expected. Overall I found the dealership to be the equivalent to a five star hotel. The facility has just been renovated and is as brand new as any of the new cars or trucks in their showrooms. The entire experience turns out to be one of the very best car purchasing experiences I have ever had and I have had dozens. Went to Hempstead Ford as my first choice to purchase 2013 Escape. Shopped around at other Ford dealers to compare prices and found the best deal at Hempstead Ford. I contacted the sales manager ( John ) several times while waiting for my delivery and he always took the time to get me the information i requested. My sales person Tom was very pleasant. Purchasing a new car can be stressful but Tom made the process easy. When my car arrived to be picked up Tom was on vacation so John introduced me to Mike who handled the delivery process. He was very professional and made my wife and i happy we chose Hempstead Ford as our dealership. The final leg of our journey was a walk through of all the cars features and My Ford Sync operation handled by ( Candi ). She was very patient with my wife and spent as much time as my wife needed with each feature without rushing ahead. Over all i would recommend Hempstead Ford to anyone purchasing a new car.
