On behalf Hempstead Ford Lincoln, allow me to say that I am sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience at our dealership. It is the policy of Hempstead Ford Lincoln to always treat our customers like family, which is why we've been in business in New York for a century. We're sorry that you were unable to retrieve your car in Germany within the timeline you needed it. Unfortunately, our dealership must obey NY state and federal laws, which require us to obtain the title before we can ship a vehicle out of the country. This type of transaction requires the involvement of multiple parties outside of our dealership, which unfortunately obviously do not share the same sentiment as Hempstead Ford Lincoln. We apologize on their behalf and we hope that we will be able to do business again in the future.
