Although we did have the car available, it is our policy that we do not offer test-drives in high performance vehicles. Unfortunately, the representative in our Business Development Center was not aware of this policy when she spoke with you. We apologize for the miscommunication and the inconvenience. Your inability to recognize that customer service issues must be remedied not simply passed off has further driven me to disrecommend this dealership. Further still, when I was at your dealership I was told to come back later for a test drive. Now I hear that that too was a lie, and that if I had further wasted my time by coming back I would not have been given a test drive? Thank you. Now I know that your are in fact the worst dealership on Long Island. PS, Levittown Ford gave me a test drive, didn't lie; and guess who's getting my business..

At Hempstead Ford Lincoln we aim for 100% satisfaction. We apologize we did not meet your expectations. It is unfortunate when there is an issue with any vehicle. The service department at Hempstead Ford Lincoln is committed to repairing such issues. We understand Ford has acknowledged there was an issue with the navigation system in your vehicle. They are aware of the problem and do not have a time frame for which the issue will be resolved. Unfortunately, this makes replacing the unit out of our control, we could not take a navigation system out of a vehicle and put it into a different vehicle. As we stated when you were in the service department, we must abide by Ford's policies and procedures and as soon as a unit is available, you will be informed. In regards to feeling as though you were treated improperly in the service department, we apologize if the service manager, Charlie, did not meet with you immediately. He was busy taking care of another customer at the time. The manager would have been with you shortly as he is always available to help a customer.
