Repairs Car surged forward when stopping. The dealer had the car for 8 days and were unable to find the problem. they contacted Ford Motor and they said tha Car surged forward when stopping. Unfortunately it occurs only about once a month. when a car surges there still is a potential of an accident, but I do believe they di all they were capable of doing. We recently had to give back our Lincoln MKX's because the lease was up. We would have preferred to stay with the Lincoln family but a new MKX was not coming out for another year and quite frankly - we didn't want to get the same car for another 2 years. With that begin said, one of the key reasons we would come back is for Grace Dellarata. If I could create a salesperson from scratch, she would be that salesperson. Smart, caring, welcoming, and fair. So, like my title says - it's not goodbye...it's see you soon. We will certainly be back, hopefully for the new body on the MKX, but I'm sure deep down, it's simply to do business with Grace Dellarata again. She's an ace. More
