Their attention to detail and customer service is unparalleled. John took the time and effort to understand what I was looking for in a new vehicle within my budget. There were no high-pressured sales tactics whatsoever. Prior to visiting Hempstead Ford Lincoln, I had spent the better part of a month shopping for a new vehicle, and researching dealerships within the tri-state area. The stereotypical caricature of an untrustworthy used car salesman is categorically lacking here. Leased a 2014 Edge Terrific experience. We looked at several Lincoln and Ford models not fully committed to a sedan or SUV. Karen Hesdra on the Lincoln side and Grace Terrific experience. Karen Hesdra on the Lincoln side and Grace Dellaratta on the Ford side partnered to make sure we saw every model we wanted and got us out on a test drive in each one of them. They were patient and thorough explaining the trim packages and advantages of available options, engines,etc. They priced out several of the cars without hesitation or pressure for us to make a quick decision. No hidden charges, totally above board. We decided on a 2014 Edge after all. Karen and Grace priced two vehicles with the available incentives from Ford and showed us why they thought one of the two cars, with certain options, was a better fit for us. We are not inexperienced car shoppers by any means but with all of the various package trims, options, etc, it is easy to lose track of items you want and get sidetracked by some of the glitter on a particular model. They kept us on track. We wrapped up the deal and took delivery within 4 days. Overall, a thoroughly painless and pressure free transaction. No "I have to check with the manager" or other games which we very much appreciated and separated them from the more common painful car purchasing experience. More

Inspection and milage service I thought i had finally found a place to take my explorer. My car is a 2004 which i bought brand new in 2005. i have only 56k miles and on the last I thought i had finally found a place to take my explorer. My car is a 2004 which i bought brand new in 2005. i have only 56k miles and on the last visit which i needed the inspection they told me i needednew breaks which didn't make sense since i had news ones installed not long ago. I needed the inspection done because it expired soon. I knew i was getting ripped off but what could i say i dont know anything about cars. When i left the dealer i notice a vibration and a weird noise coming out ofthe front which has been getting worse after a couple months since i was there. Im never coming back. After i spoke to friends who know about cars they told me never to trust the dealers. I know if i come back they will tell me something is terribly wrong which im guessing they cause and rip me off again. This is quite upsetting because my first 2 visits were pleasant. i do not recommend this place to anybody for service. Got my sister to buy a toyota since there are no good ford dealers around after able ford closeits doors around our area. From friends recommendation i have found a place to take my explorer and see what the problem is and once they tell me whats wrong, i will contact this dealer if it was intentional or just plain neglect.
