Our Saleswoman, Karen Hesdra is THE BEST! ! She takes the time to show you the cars, explains the process and answers all your questions and concerns. We have been working with her for over ! She takes the time to show you the cars, explains the process and answers all your questions and concerns. We have been working with her for over 15 years. She keeps you posted on your car, where it is in the process when ordering a new car. Once it comes in she let us look at, drive it and THEN make the final decision if we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. She took us to meet all the service department staff and explained how the service department worked. She sat with us for over an hour going over all the bells and whistles in our new car and helped set up everything. The service guys were great and already had much of it preprogrammed! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hempstead Lincoln AND MOST DEFINATELY Karen Hesdra as your salesperson. She knew the Corsairs were behind in delivery but never once did she try to sell us a different car just "for a sale." She wanted us in the car we wanted, not one she could sell just to get a car sold. Not high pressure and no double talk. She is NOT your "typical" car salesperson people are always afraid of! This place has got to be the worst place to ever got to. Starting with the customer service i. The service Dept to the actual service . Went there cause my Sun roof broke and they wanted to charge extreme a Starting with the customer service i. The service Dept to the actual service . Went there cause my Sun roof broke and they wanted to charge extreme amount of money to fix so they tell me they’ll charge me 300 to close it with a guarantee for 2 years it won’t open or leak . When it did start leaking and rattling open on the road it took a week for an appt , only to keep my truck for 6 hours to tell me all they can do is tape it . To top that!! They used blue paint tape to tape it shut which fell off on the way home cause it was drizzling . A waste of time and useless service Dept . Then ! They have the xxxxx to say don’t worry there’s no charge for today ! I mean if they charged me for a 6 hours of putting blue paint tape around my sunroof just imagine what they’ll charge for .. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! More
