Offered me a loner car but I didn't mind waiting for my vehicle. As well as a free cup of coffe or water! Took some time to look into the new continental before I new it my vehicle was ready. Karen called me in to revue the service that was performed and was very please with what was done. As well the price was very good for what was called 40,000 Mile service.
