Service Department Second to None I recently needed to bring my Lincoln Navigator into the dealer for routine service and some misc. repairs. I was fortunate to get Karen Wunderlich as my service advisor as she took great care of not only my car but all of my needs for transportation while my car was being serviced. She kept me fully informed on a step by step basis regarding on all the repairs needed and when some of the parts were not readily available she was able to extend my loaner car from the dealer for a good number of days so that I would not be without a car. She worked with me on all aspects of my service appointment and she made the experience a pleasant one from start to finish. I highly recommend not only the dealer service but Karen herself if you are lucky to get the choice. More

Excellent Dealer I recently leased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from this dealership. I had bought a 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from the same dealer in 2014 and that is the I recently leased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from this dealership. I had bought a 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from the same dealer in 2014 and that is the reason I came back to dealership. The sales person, Karen Hesdra, is wonderful. I shopped around both times and always felt I was being treated with the highest degree of professionalism. I wouldn't have gotten another MKZ Hybrid if I didn't love the vehicle but having spoken to and met with other sales people, I felt most comfortable with Karen. Her demeanor and attention were tops. I believe I received a fair price and didn't have to go through the typical scene where the sales person speaks to the manager who 'hondles' back and forth until a price is reached. Having shopped around both online and in person I was most comfortable here. I have owned two Infinitis, two Jaguars and a slew of other cars over the years and the only dealership that came close to treating me as well as this one has is the Jaguar dealership. I have had my 2014 for over 26,000 miles and my experiences with the service department have also been excellent. The service rep I have dealt with, Charlie Durante, is always courteous and makes sure that the care is ready when promised and that the work is performed as it should be. And he never has his hand out expecting a tip like some other dealers I have dealt with over the years. That being said, the vehicle hasn't required any repairs so that makes me happy also. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service! More
