My husband and I first met Karen 3 years ago at the Hempstead Ford dealership when I was I just leased my second custom Ford Flex from Karen Hesdra. My husband and I first met Karen 3 years ago at the Hempstead Ford dealership when I was considering a Ford, after driving a Toyota for several years. As a sales person, Karen is knowledgeable, courteous and absolutely knows everything about all Ford and Lincoln models. Most importantly, she listened to my needs and recommended the Ford Flex - customized with the second row "console delete" - bucket seats. She knew this car would be perfect for me and my 3 kids. It was! My experience with Karen three years ago was so memorable and positive - this is why my husband and I contacted her again this year to be our sales person for our next car. As I was very specific about the car I wanted - another Ford Flex, with a two tone color combination and extra details - I was a bit concerned that all of my (crazy) demands might not be met. But Karen and her team performed a miracle and within 30 days got me the exact car that I wanted - at a price that I was very happy with!!!!!! I just picked up my new "too good to be blue" Ford Flex 2016 yesterday. Once again, Karen Hesdra and Kim Valenti went above and beyond during the pick up/delivery of my new car. Karen even personally cleaned my license plates from my old vehicle prior to placing them on my new car and personally removed and assured my contact list/phone numbers/personal information was deleted from the Audio Sync system. Kim explained the paperwork clearly and it was signed and completed within 15 minutes. She preset my radio channels and explained the new aspects of the Flex's Audio system to me. Kim would have spent the entire afternoon with me, had I asked! These two professional women responded timely to all of my phone calls, answered all of my questions, were honest about everything and were knowledgeable about cars.
