During my recent visit on 3/8/17, I Karen Wunderlich is always extremely helpful and friendly every time I bring in my 2013 Ford Escape for service. During my recent visit on 3/8/17, I had a broken center console latch and she coordinated everything with the Parts Department and with my fleet company (Wheels). She always seems to know the answer to every question and her goal is to get customers in and out of the service department quickly with excellent results. If I was the Service Manager, I would suggest a salary increase to keep this valuable employee with Hempstead Ford!! More
