I feel confident knowing that i can trust their expertise when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I have never been told i needed 'something' I did not need when it came to servicing my car. I remember being told by a rival mechanic that I needed 'something' done, but my instincts told me to get a second opinion, so I went back to Hempstead Ford and was told I did not need 'that' done. I remember being told a long time ago that I get what I pay for. It is true. If there was ever an issue (maybe one or two over twenty plus years) with the work done at Hempstead Ford, they welcomed the opportunity to check it out and correct without the drama many rivals put you through. She originally put me in Ford Explorers but four years ago, together we decided to move up to a Lincoln MKX. I am now on my third MKX with Karen. She is a lovely, warm person who anticipates your every need and concern. Her professionalism is always apparent as she moves you through the process seamlessly and effortlessly. I am convinced that Karen is looking out for her customers. She just couldn't be nicer. I look forward to seeing her because she is so pleasant and easy to deal with.
