My saleswoman Karen was absolutely super. She took her time with me explained everything thru, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to explaining everything about any vehicle there. She treated me as if I was a longtime friend, I have owned many vehicles over the years and this Dealership raised the bar on how to treat a customer, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Michael Belacastro the Finance Manager also excellent, took his time to explain all the paperwork to be signed with a complete explanation of the breakdown all the financing and warranty paperwork. Worst experience ever ! !!! The service advisors don’t care to help you and the customer service is terrible. After 2 weeks of waiting for a part, my car is defective AGAIN. !!!
