worst customer service i had leased a car from this dealership, on many occasions when getting service or a recall or oil change i was delayed in the dealership 3 to 4 hours i had leased a car from this dealership, on many occasions when getting service or a recall or oil change i was delayed in the dealership 3 to 4 hours and for no apparent reason, then when service was completed the female service representative asked me to give her all 10s on her review and asked me to say she offered me a loaner car as well so she would not get in trouble. I would have liked to have been offered the loaner car. also i tried to work with the sales department on a few occasions to either purchase the car or lease another and received no return phone calls. I was very disappointed with this dealership. More
