Your waiting area is very clean and comfortable: chairs, tables and free coffee. The only thing missing might be a small microwave to reheat food or drinks, when waiting time is necessarily extended. Stan always kept our best interests at the forefront and quickly learned what our preferences were and was able to remember even small details about what we needed and were looking for. I was very pleased that Stan was able to find our vehicle of choice with more features than we were looking for while staying well within our budget. I was then walked in to see Karen Wunderlich. Even before talking to Karen , the other service advisors that I have dealt with in prior visits and eventhose whoi never dealt with said hello. Usually when your done with a service advisor at other dealerships the forget who you are,,, NOT HERE!! Karen had been in touch several times with Sean Rogers, Lincoln concierge with my concerns. From the first phone call and many more after, I was called and updated all the way to the completion of the job. THANK YOU More

His name was Lowell Forman, and he guided me through a successful process terminating in the lease of a new Ford Focus. I have only good things to say about Lowell and (so far, at least) about Hempstead Ford Lincoln. More
