She was able to get us a loaner car since our car would be in a few days for service. Wait time on for a vehicle registration and service rep was short. Hempsread Ford LIncoln and Karen(service advisor) were great Car in for 6 month 7500 mile service and Butler service on my MKZ. From start to finish everything was great. Car was picked up at my place of business(Andrew) and I was given a comparable MKZ as a loaner car. Setting up an appointment was easy . The dealer contacted me every step of the way and were prompt with the loaner delivery and Karen, my service advisor, made sure the car was ready as I requested and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup and unlike many other service advisors I have dealt with in the past 50 years has a sense of humor.
