I went in today at 8:30 a.m. I was promptly greeted by her (as always) and she checked my MKX in less than 10 minutes, for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection (which is always no charge at Hempstead Ford Lincoln). All was done by 9:45 a.m. My MKX was also washed at no charge as always. More
